Google & Meta Ads Management
Your ads creative and your ad campaigns, built and managed by the same team.
Stop watching your ad budget disappear into a dashboard you do not understand. Pepper creates your ad creative, launches the campaigns, reads the performance data, and improves what works every month. No guesswork and no drama between your creative agency and your ads agency. One marketing team, one strategy, one feedback loop that gets smarter every month.

Sound Familiar?
“I boosted a post and nothing happened.” Boosting puts money behind a post, but it does not build a strategy. And if you boost through the Instagram or Facebook app on an iPhone, Apple takes up to a 30% surcharge on your spend before a single person sees your ad.
“I tried Google Ads and have no idea what I got for it.” Without proper conversion tracking and a clear campaign structure, Google Ads feels like throwing money into a black box. Most DIY campaigns miss negative keywords, skip conversion tracking, and never get optimized after launch.
“Our agency sends reports, but we do not understand them.” If your monthly report is a wall of numbers with no explanation of what changed, why it changed, and what happens next, you are not getting a report. You are getting a receipt.
“We do not have time to figure this out ourselves.” You are running a business. Learning Google Ads and Meta Ads on top of everything else is not a realistic plan. You need a team that already knows the platforms and can focus full time on making your campaigns work.
These are the exact problems Pepper’s Digital Ads Management is built to solve. Not with more data that reads like a completely different language, but with a team that creates, tests, learns, and improves every month.

Why Your Ad Creative and Your Ads Agency Should Be the Same Team
This is what makes Pepper different from every other ads agency you will talk to.
Most agencies manage platforms. Stay with us here… they set up your campaigns, adjust your bids, and send you a report. But the actual ads, the images, the videos, the copy that your audience sees, that is either your problem to supply, or it gets outsourced to someone who has never seen your performance data. Sounds like extra admin wrapped in a headache, right?
Pepper produces the ad creative and manages the campaigns under one roof. The team that creates your digital ads strategy and creative assets is the same team that reads your click-through rates. The designer who builds your ad graphics sees which ones convert and which ones do not. That means every creative decision is informed by real performance data, not guesswork.
Let’s nerd out for a moment here. Research consistently shows that creative quality accounts for 49 to 70 percent of campaign performance. Targeting, bidding, and platform selection make up the rest. When creative and media live in separate companies, the most important variable in your campaign is the one nobody is optimizing.
Pepper closes that gap by design.

The Pepper Process for Digital Ads Management
Step 1: Audit and Strategy. Before we spend a dollar of your hard-earned money, we audit your current setup (or start from scratch), research your market, and build a documented strategy tailored to your business goals. You will know exactly what we are doing, why, and what success looks like before anything goes live.
Step 2: Launch and Optimize. We produce the creative, build the campaigns, and launch. Then we watch the data like it’s an ex’s Instagram account. Every week, we review performance and make adjustments. Every month, we share what we learned and what we are changing.
Step 3: Report, Learn, Repeat. You get a clear monthly report that explains what happened, what it means, and what comes next. The creative that worked informs next month’s production, the data compounds, and the campaigns get smarter over time.

Built on Real Results
Client Proof
We manage the full marketing and digital ads strategy for an independent healthcare practice in Alberta. Their Google Ads and Meta Ads run alongside organic content, social media, SEO & AIO, all produced and managed by the same Pepper team. The creative that performs in their paid campaigns informs their organic strategy, and vice versa. That integration is what makes the results compound over time.
Process Proof
Before we launch a single ad, every client goes through a structured onboarding and strategy process. We audit existing accounts (or start from a clean slate), document a strategy, produce custom creative, and run a pre-launch quality checklist. This is not how most agencies work. Most agencies start running ads and figure it out later.
Industry Proof
Research across millions of ads and billions of dollars in media spend consistently shows that creative quality is the single largest driver of campaign outcomes, accounting for 49 to 70 percent of performance. Platform automation has made targeting and bidding increasingly commoditized. Creative is the variable you actually control, and it is the variable most agencies leave to chance.
Questions We Hear Most About Paid Ads
- Can’t I just boost posts instead of paying for ads management?
Boosting is better than nothing, but it is not a strategy. A boosted post uses a fraction of the targeting, placement, and optimization tools available in Meta Business Suite. And if you boost through the Instagram or Facebook app on an iPhone, Apple takes up to a 30 percent surcharge on your ad spend. That money goes to Apple, not to reaching more people. Managed campaigns through Meta Business Suite avoid that surcharge entirely, and your full budget goes to work.
- Why is there a minimum commitment?
Because ads need time to produce meaningful data. The first month is onboarding, account setup, and campaign launch. That is a build month, not a performance month. Months two through four generate the live data needed to evaluate what is working, what to change, and where to invest more. Judging an ads engagement after one month is like judging a recipe after preheating the oven.
- What is the difference between the management fee and ad spend?
The management fee is what Pepper charges for the work: strategy, creative production coordination, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and reporting. Ad spend is the separate budget that goes directly to Google or Meta to run the ads. You always see both numbers clearly. We never combine them, and we never take a percentage of your ad spend.
- Do you produce the actual ad creative, or do I need to supply it?
Pepper produces creative in-house: photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting. Creative production is quoted separately based on what your campaigns need, and it is one of the things that makes Pepper structurally different from agencies that only manage platforms. For existing Pepper retainer clients, content from your retainer can often be repurposed for ads at no additional creative charge.
