Project Manager

- What You'll Do*
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (retainer and project-based).
- Lead onboarding calls, set expectations, and ensure clients feel informed and supported.
- Maintain ongoing communication, providing updates, timelines, and progress reports.
Project Oversight
- Manage day-to-day execution of marketing services:
- Retainers: social media management, content creation, email marketing, blogging, SEO, strategy, analytics, and content shoots.

Skills & Qualifications

- What You’ll Do*
Your Responsibilities:
- Create custom logos and brand guides for clients from all industries.
- Collaborate with the Pepper team to create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, print materials, newsletter templates and more.

- You know how to set up accounts on all social platforms and optimize their profiles for any industry
- Monthly analytic tracking and quarterly reports on social media platforms for clients
- Create custom shot lists for Reels and TikTok videos for clients
- Handle social media engagement and scheduling for Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- You know the ins and outs of how to make good content in softwares such as Canva and CapCut, and you need minimal training on how to use these platforms

Contract Photographer

From social media management and content creation to branding, websites, and full-scale marketing retainers, we’re all about helping businesses stand out with strategy and high-end visuals.
We’re looking to bring on a Contract Photographer who can capture high-quality lifestyle and brand content for our clients. You’ll work closely with our team of content creators and project managers to bring mood boards and shot lists to life, making sure every client has fresh, on-brand images ready to use across their marketing channels.
- What You’ll Do*

Content Shoots (Retainer Clients)

Capture lifestyle, UGC and brand photography for Pepper’s ongoing retainer clients (typically every 6–8 weeks).

Most shoots are 2 hours, plus ~2 hours of editing, with a minimum of 50 final images delivered.

The Intermediate SEO Strategist role is perfect for you if…
- You understand how to optimize content for search engines using keywords, internal and external links, alt text, etc.
- You can appreciate the needs of a client based on their unique businesses and feel confident to strategically create content that supports meeting their goals.
- Writing optimized copy is your top skill, especially for blogs (with proper keywords and SEO best practices).
