You know that thing you have in your head with all the steps you follow for each client? Yeah…we want you to get that onto paper (virtual paper) if you don’t yet! From the beginning of the working relationship to the post-event follow-up, it is imperative that nothing gets missed! We can work within the CRM you already have and polish it up, or we can build you one once we have all your deets. We love managing client interactions with responsive inquiries, questionnaires, contracts, and invoices and this is all done seamlessly with a kickass workflow! We can also build canned emails right into your workflow that sound exactly like you so it’s just a hop, skip, and a click to making your clients feel as important as they are. Having a workflow designed perfectly to you and your brand will bring so much peace of mind, not to mention ensure your client has the best experience possible. Contracts & Invoicing
Aka the “dreaded paperwork”. This is another one of those things that is so necessary for a successful business but not necessarily something you need to do. At Pepper, we can get your contracts drafted (and signed, sealed, delivered) and get your invoices paid on time. And we will make sure you’re getting paid on time as well! This is exactly the BS we were talking about when we said that you don’t have to handle it on your own. It’s all in the details and we know how important they are, so let us take this off your shoulders. You can rest easy knowing that your clients have all the appropriate documents and that everyone is getting paid (and paying) on time!
