She also finds that through her art, she feels less alone by knowing that she is making others feel less alone. Britta and Stacey also talk about the pressures of social media, Britta’s praying mantis, her knack for thrifting (which stems from her cool childhood), and how her identity is tied to her work. Britta dreams of having a greenhouse someday, which comes as no surprise since so much of her art is inspired by plants. Her beautiful images and artistry are always pushing the boundaries, and she teaches some pretty cool workshops.
